A 130+ attorney, full-service NYC law firm seeks an Associate to join their Commercial Real Estate Group.

The group represents lenders, owners, developers, investors, and asset managers in commercial real estate transactions and ongoing operations. The group advises clients in the areas of acquisition, leasing, asset management, finance, development, and investment.

What the role entails:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced commercial real estate attorney. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 7 years of experience in commercial real estate purchase & sale and financing. Leasing is a plus but not required.

Candidates must have demonstrated excellence in writing, legal analysis, and negotiation skills.

The firm seeks candidates with a solid academic background, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently.

Must be admitted in New York. You will join a growing and energetic firm that maintains a small firm culture with large firm professional standards.
