National Trust Company seeks General Counsel in Las Vegas to join their executive leadership team and serve as a strategic legal expert.

• Ensure all corporate activities comply with applicable laws, protecting the firm’s legal interests and supporting its long-term business goals
• Provide tactical and strategic legal advice (i.e. Advise regarding insurance claims, assist with outside counsel, file paperwork for expansion into new jurisdiction)
• Ideal candidate will have broad legal experience; Strong trust & estate exposure a plus
• Requires 8+ years of experience
