LHH is seeking a Market Research Manager for a client looking to optimize survey participant engagement and project execution. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional with experience in quantitative survey recruitment, qualitative scheduling, and strategic project management.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of quantitative survey recruitment projects, maximizing revenue and survey completions
- Manage and coordinate the scheduling of qualitative interviews
- Strategically monitor project volume, intervening when projects do not meet feasibility requirements
- Collaborate closely with Project Management, Pre-Sales, and Client Service Manager teams to drive project success
- Provide timely feedback to Project Managers on escalated projects, advising on next steps
- Ensure accurate project status updates and maintain proper project records for revenue forecasting
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth project close-out and invoicing
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or related field
- 4+ years of experience
- Experience in survey recruitment, market research, or project management
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to provide accurate reporting and forecasting.
Pay Details: $30.00 - 40.00 per hour
The role is contract and hybrid in Newark, New Jersey.
