Our retail client is seeking a temporary, full-time Private Brand Packaging Copywriter to join our innovative private brands team. In this role, you'll play a critical part in shaping messaging that resonates with millions of customers. You'll also partner with a collaborative team to develop engaging, on-brand copy that brings private-label products to life. From packaging to brand collateral, your work will ensure consistency and clarity across all touchpoints.

What You'll Do:

• Craft compelling, customer-centric copy that adheres to brand guidelines and captures the client's tone and voice
• Proofread and refine content for packaging, marketing materials, and brand collateral.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of **style guides** and **brand standards**.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including internal partners and external stakeholders, to deliver cohesive brand messaging.
• Provide creative copy solutions, insights, and best practices during project meetings.
• Juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Creating and producing copy brilliance and expertise from concept to execution stage
• Having a positive, nurturing attitude in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate creativity and strong full-cycle project management skills
• Adapting to competing demands and shifting priorities, while updating and sharing knowledge and skills to keep current in the area of expertise

As a Packaging Copywriter, We Expect:

• 3-5+ years as a Copywriter in a similar private branding, retail, or agency environment
• Excellent understanding of brand, retail, and/or private-label packaging
• A portfolio with packaging copy samples is required - an online link is preferred
• Savvy with Mac products, Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and Microsoft Outlook Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Self-driven, organized, and confident communicator
• Champion of team success

This is a full-time temporary role working onsite at our client's main headquarters near Rogers, AR.
