We are seeking a dynamic Director of Pricing to lead our Pricing Team and drive revenue growth across all brands and channels. In this key leadership role, you will design and execute innovative pricing strategies that balance customer demand, market conditions, and company profitability. Leveraging data-driven insights, you'll manage pricing levers to ensure the right price is offered at the right time, maximizing base and ancillary revenue.
You will:
- Develop and maintain pricing strategy by brand and channel, reflecting business revenue, profitability, and strategic group objectives.
- Incorporate coordinated US-driven planned activity and Europcar Group planned activity into the promotional plan.
- Lead dynamic pricing activity to maintain optimal pricing based on forecast-driven opportunities and market conditions to achieve revenue objectives.
- Effectively manage competitor pricing and availability information to improve pricing decision-making.
- Lead and facilitate the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of best practices for pricing processes, including developing KPIs for the team.
- Contribute to developing integrated Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes and coordinate the RCM interface with the broader business.
- Lead business delivery of PRO pricing in the US.
- Lead and motivate a team of up to 5 Pricing Analysts in a positive, supportive, results-driven trading environment.
- Coach and performance-manage the team against agreed-upon objectives, supported by individual meetings and a weekly team meeting to agree on and review actions.
- Plan and manage the team's activities to support the delivery of core revenue targets, measuring and prioritizing activity to align with key objectives.
- Document each team member's objectives and development needs in the Performance Development Review (PDR).
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, tailoring messages to the audience and developing visual management information to support effective communication, including quarterly pricing strategy updates and weekly trading meeting actions.
- Own and deliver pricing updates in the US Trade Committee and US weekly commercial call, ensuring effective communication with all levels, including the US managing director and Europcar RCM leadership.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
Requirements:
- A seasoned revenue management and pricing leader with a successful track record of leading car rental, airline, and hotel pricing teams.
- Proven ability to make analytical-based decisions, leveraging data to optimize revenue streams effectively.
- Demonstrated high proficiency in Microsoft Office, utilizing advanced tools for data analysis and strategy formulation.
- Effective influencer and communicator at all organizational levels, adept at conveying pricing strategies with clarity and persuasion.
- Possesses a target-driven and competitive personality, thriving in environments where success is measured by achieving objectives.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous situations, with the ability to seamlessly transition between strategic planning and executing at a micro level to ensure alignment with business goals.

- Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing pricing strategies aligned with business revenue and profitability goals across diverse brands and distribution channels.
- Proven ability to create integrated promotional plans and lead dynamic pricing initiatives, optimizing revenue through forecast-driven opportunities and real-time market conditions.
