Overview:

Lead insights driven reporting, analytics and process improvements across the ISC that impact efficiency, cost, and customer experience. This position aligns and connects the responsibility deeper into and across the ISC to drive governance, adoption, recognition, influence, action, and sustainable solutions around customer journey and end to end supply chain pain points. This role will also drive and influences innovation throughout the ISC to digitize processes.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop, mentor and lead a team that connects end-to-end supply chain functions to deliver seamless order fulfilment, end-to-end visibility, accurate information, and great experiences for associates, partners and customers. This team is the end-to-end connection point to drive traceability, transparency, governance, adoption and accountability throughout the ISC to support CX, AX, QoE, and ISC global strategies.
  • Facilitate cross functional collaboration and resolution across the supply chain, and IT to improve the customer experience.
  • Deliver innovative solutions by leading proof of concept projects and simulations.
  • Ensure supply chain operations are linked and synced to provide accurate information in support of an optimal customer experience to include; Analytical support, Change management, Risk mitigation, Project management, Governance, and Master Data support .
  • Execute evaluations of process opportunities for the ISC through complex analysis of system/ process logic and system/ process connectivity. Focused on systemic/ root cause identification and remedies of issues that impact the operational processes and customer experience.
  • Developing and leveraging data insights to build business cases and scenarios to drive business results impacting AX, CX, and QoE
  • Lead a team consisting of Supply Chain Intelligence, Supply Chain Insights, Master Data Management, Data Science, and Supply Chain Quality.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships and alignment with leadership across the ISC and IT.
  • Leverage strategic influence with clarity of scope to drive execution and impactful results across the ISC.
  • Serve as trusted advisor for ISC leadership and relevant stakeholders in strategy development, and execution of business process improvement projects.
  • Define, analyze and maintain ISC KPI’s to drive end-to-end supply chain optimization (AX), revenue optimization (QofA), business decision making and ultimately customer satisfaction (CX).


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years' experience leading a team
  • 5+ years’ supply chain experience
  • 3+ years’ experience in process improvement and/or analytics related role
  • Strong understanding of business use of technology tools across the supply chain
  • Strong analytical skills that include logical thinking, objectivity, and the ability to organize complex concepts into manageable components
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Thorough understanding of information and end to end process flows pertaining to supply chain processes and technology
  • The ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with changing priorities and time pressures
  • Comfortable presenting to/communicating with multiple levels of the organization and the ability to adjust communication styles accordingly
