LHH is seeking a talented and experienced HR Supervisor to assist with a full spectrum of human resources functions. If you're passionate about creating a high-performance culture and have a keen eye for HR processes, this is the role for you!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all transactional HR processes, including payroll processing, auditing, benefits administration, employee relations, recruitment, and HRIS/data management.
- Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and municipal labor laws across all 50 states.
- Manage HR analytics and reporting to help drive data-driven decisions for workforce optimization.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
- Continuously improve and optimize HR processes for efficiency, accuracy, and impact.
- Oversee and guide recruitment efforts to ensure the attraction and retention of top talent.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Deep understanding of federal, state, and municipal labor laws across all 50 states.
- Proven ability in managing payroll, auditing, benefits, employee relations, recruitment, and HRIS systems.

- Proficiency in HRIS systems and software (ADP HRIS system is preferred).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Teams, Sharepoint, OneNote, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with e-signature tools.
