Role: Salesforce Administrator - CPQ & CRM
Location: Concord, CA ( Hybrid Onsite)
Duration: Contract to hire (W2 Contract)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator with a strong background in Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and CRM management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform to meet the dynamic needs of the business. This role involves maintaining system health, supporting sales operations, implementing CPQ solutions, and driving efficiency through customization and automation.
Responsibilities:
- 6+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce CPQ (certification is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM functionality, workflows, and reporting.
- Proficiency in creating and managing customizations, including Apex triggers, flows, and process builders.
- Experience with data migration, system integration, and API usage.
- Solid understanding of sales processes and their alignment with Salesforce solutions.
