Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of SAP FICO experience, including at least 3 years with SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong expertise in SAP IS-Retail, including integration points with FICO.
• Hands-on experience in configuration, design, and process optimization of SAP FICO modules.
• Knowledge of retail-specific processes such as merchandise valuation, pricing, and supply chain finance.
• Strong understanding of Universal Journal, New GL, and Central Finance concepts in S/4HANA.
• Experience with retail financial reporting and analytics tools.
• Familiarity with integration points across SAP modules, including SD, MM, and POS systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in SAP S/4HANA Finance or Controlling.
• Experience with SAP Fiori apps and embedded analytics.
• Knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and other financial standards as applicable to retail.
• Exposure to agile project management methodologies.
