We are excited to announce the opening of our new Technology headquarters in Mesa, Arizona in 2025. This expansion reflects our commitment to growth and innovation in the climate solutions industry. As part of this expansion in the US, XNRGY is seeking a qualified Manufacturing Systems Engineer to join its team. Reporting to the Engineering Manager .

An overview of your responsibilities:

• Responsible for introducing and maintaining Custom MES.
• Responsible to align Lean strategies into the Manufacturing systems
• Responsible for new software introduction at the production lines.
• Responsible to coordinate IT Infrastructure needs
• Developing and implementation of innovative technologies into the process lines.
• Strong focus on safety and quality.
• Strong focus on Lean Manufacturing
• Participation on the implementation, compliance, and training with the QMS (Quality Management System)
• Participation on the implementation and training with the XMS (XNRGY Management System)

What you'll need, among other things!

• Engineering degree (manufacturing, electrical, software).
• +3 years of experience on a similar position.
• Strong experience with PLc Allen Bradley.
• Strong experience with Ignition platform.
• Applications and HMIs development experience.
• MES experience is a plus.
• Programming languages: Phyton, Java, Rs Logix, C++.
• Communication protocols: TCP/IP, OPCUA, industrial communication protocols.
• SQL database creation and maintenance.
• VM experience.
• Basic IT devices configurations.
• Automation and electric control.
• Ownership.
• Autonomy.
• Self-lerning.
