Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist sales representatives with customer accounts
• Execute one or a combination of the following tasks: order creation, shipment activation, load building, appointment scheduling, and/or track and trace shipments
• Validate and ensure the accuracy of load data in the company’s TMS software
• Monitor load boards and assigned email accounts to respond to customer and carrier requests
• Run and distribute reports in alignment with defined processes
• Focus on internal and/or external customer needs, recognize service issues, implement customer-focused practices, and escalate issues when appropriate
• Follow through on customer requests to ensure satisfaction, and where applicable, invite feedback and seek suggestions for improvement
• Build relationships at the appropriate level and work collaboratively both internally and externally to achieve team objectives
• Complete activities with accuracy and compliance to company and customer standards
• Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements

Minimum Qualifications :

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in logistics/brokerage or similar experience within the trucking/transportation industry preferred
• Basic proficiency in computer programs, including email and websites
• Demonstrated communication, prioritization, and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task and demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
