Digital Account Managers are the liaisons between our team and our clients! Our goal is to maximize the client experience while providing digital marketing solutions that make a difference for businesses across the country. We take CARE of our clients!

Day in the life...

• Main point of contact between our team and the your client list (phone, email correspondence)
• Initiate conversation about current and new product opportunities
• Provide solutions, feedback, and results from our offerings
• Help your clients achieve success and growth through effective digital marketing solutions.
• Work in partnership with your Account Executive to achieve success and growth through organization, clear communication, and solution-based thinking.
• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with our clients
• Help our clients achieve their growth goals according to the plans created by your account manager
• Create RESULTS for our clients from our products!
• Continued self-education on new and upcoming trends in the digital space
• Client retention!
• Daily communication with your Account Executive to ensure optimal client experience
• Interaction with our Digital Media team for client updates

What we're looking for from you...

-3-4 years in an Account Management/Executive role

-Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Advertising or related (preferred)

-A genuine desire to make a difference for each and every client by showcasing our services in a professional, knowledgeable, and personable way (communication/presentation skills!)

-Ability to grow and manage you client book (money motivated? here's how you can truly generate wealth for yourself)

Salary Range: $45,000 - $50,000

Eligible for additional performance based bonuses
