The Orlando office of a prestigious AmLaw 100 law firm is seeking a business litigation with 2-4 years of sophisticated experience. The candidate will join a leading national law firm and work on complex litigation matters. This opportunity is ideal for those individuals who wish to further their careers in a supportive, collegial and entrepreneurial environment. Candidates should have a wide range of experience in general commercial litigation, including preparing pleadings, initiating, and responding to paper discovery, taking and defending depositions, and drafting and arguing dispositive motions, as well as Federal and state court litigation experience. Federal clerkship a strong plus. Compensation is at the top of the Orlando market.
