We have an opportunity for an Interim Head of Operations role at a growing organic RTD beverage company in North Carolina. The key requirements for the role include:

• Food & Beverage manufacturing experience; fermentation experience preferred
• Acquisition and integration
• Co-packing and external manufacturing
• Private label and worked with retailers

The Interim Leader will focus on:

• Fully operationalizing a recently acquired production facility over the next 90 to 120 days with a focus on hitting operational efficiencies on two beverage lines while managing the contractors, suppliers, and team members in the 2nd shift operation
• Ensuring the right talent is in place
• Developing a plan around maximizing the production capacity and investment, including aligning alternative strategies around co-packing and or acquisitions

The role has the potential to convert to permanent.
