What You’ll Do:

• Represent clients in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration and mediation.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored legal solutions.

What You Bring:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
• 5+ years of experience in business litigation, with a demonstrated ability to manage complex cases.
• Strong command of California and federal court procedures.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining top-notch client service.
• Excellent communication skills, both in the courtroom and with clients.
