Our client, a renowned and dynamic law firm, is seeking a Business Litigation Associate to join their West Palm Beach office. They are looking for a talented individual with 2-4 years of litigation experience to join their Business Litigation practice group. Responsibilities:

• Handle substantive litigation matters from inception to resolution.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Take and defend depositions effectively.
• Argue discovery and other procedural motions in court.
• Prepare for and participate in court appearances, including hearings and trials.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and clients to provide exceptional legal representation.

Qualifications:

• Admission to the Florida Bar (required).
• Judicial clerkship experience (preferred but not required).
• 2-4 years of litigation experience, with demonstrated ability in substantive legal work.
• Excellent academic and professional credentials.
• Superior research and writing skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
