CLIENT
Our client is a thriving, full-service, private family office that is seeking a talented Administrative Associate . The office fosters a collaborative, forward-thinking culture. POSITION
The Administrative Associate will report to the Chief Relationship Officer. The role provides essential administrative support to fifteen professionals on the Wealth Advisory Team. This role will include assisting the team in optimizing and maintaining client relationship management (CRM) data and processes. The successful candidate will drive communications with family members, employees and business partners of the private family office.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organizing and maintaining client files with confidentiality and care
- Serving as point of contact for CRM-related issues including maintaining the system and operational efficiency
- Updating contact information and generating reports
- Managing and scheduling in-person and virtual meetings
- Collaborating and supporting the Wealth Advisory team on various client matters
- Make all necessary travel arrangements and itineraries for meetings, conferences, and client visits
- Assist with administration of private foundations
- Special projects and specific research
THE PERSON
The ideal candidate will be intellectually curious, detail-oriented, resourceful, have a working knowledge of investment terminology and be able to manage multiple priorities.
Desired personal skills and qualifications include:
- High-functioning organization and time management skills
- Significant experience working in CRM applications including the ability to analyze CRM processes for enhanced performance
- Excellent aptitude for technology skills; Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Team), Zoom and SharePoint, and Adobe products is a plus
- Embraces a rapidly changing environment and exhibits flexibility
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services
- An interest in personal financial planning
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred
