Title: Sterility Laboratory Supervisor

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Sterility Supervisor to join our clients growing team in! In this role, you will oversee and ensure the sterility of laboratory processes, maintaining high-quality standards in a regulated, cleanroom environment. You will manage a team, write operational procedures, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor laboratory staff, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory guidelines.
• Manage sterility testing and environmental monitoring processes within a cleanroom environment.
• Write and update operational procedures (SOPs) for sterility and cleanliness processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in a Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA)-regulated laboratory.
• Investigate and resolve sterility-related issues in the laboratory, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
• Maintain and improve laboratory practices to meet the highest standards for sterility and microbiological testing.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory/managerial experience in a laboratory setting.
• At least 2 years of experience in a CLIA-certified laboratory environment.
• Strong background in microbiology and sterility testing.
• Proven experience in working within a regulatory environment and ensuring compliance.
• Previous cleanroom experience and knowledge of sterile techniques.
• Experience in writing and updating operational procedures (OPs).
• Investigational experience related to sterility and microbiological processes.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $65,000 – $85,000 annually, depending on experience.
