Job Opportunity: Labor & Employment Partner – Los Angeles

A premier AmLaw 50 firm with deep California roots is seeking a Junior Partner to help lead its highly active Labor & Employment practice in Los Angeles. This is a prime opportunity for a seasoned counsel ready for elevation or an existing partner looking for a dynamic, well-supported platform.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee associates and help spearhead the L&E practice in LA.
• Handle wage and hour matters as well as broader labor and employment litigation, advice, and counseling.
• Collaborate directly with the chair of the practice , with full support from firm leadership.
• Work within one of the firm’s most highly utilized practice groups with an established client base.
• Operate within a flexible rate structure—rates exceed $1,000/hr but AFAs are welcomed .

• A junior partner or experienced counsel ready to step into a leadership role.
• Strong wage and hour expertise, along with broader labor and employment experience.
• Some portable practice (ideally $500K+ , but flexibility exists for the right fit).
• A desire to mentor and oversee associates in the LA office.
