Innovative Driven is currently seeking an Associate Attorney with at least three years of residential real estate experience to join the team at one of our most highly respected law firm clients!

This hard-working and collegial firm is nationally recognized for its strong representation for survivors of catastrophic and traumatic events. The firm prides itself in its overwhelming success in resolving some of the most challenging mass torts cases in the industry!

The position will be onsite in the firm's Melville, NY office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle residential real estate transactions including contract negotiations and closings.
• Negotiate and facilitate leases
• Assist with general litigation matters and estate work.
• Correspond with clients, insurance carriers, the courts, and opposing counsel.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 3 years of experience, ideally in general practice
• At least 3 years of residential real estate experience
• Active NY Bar
• Experience in personal injury and employment law would also be helpful
