Tarantino Properties has a client that is seeking a Vice President of Asset Management in Houston, TX .

A vertically-integrated real estate holding company specialized in: Development, Acquisition, Construction & Asset Management is growing and looking to add to their team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate investment, team leadership, and asset management, with the ability to drive successful investment strategies and optimize portfolio performance.

Responsibilities

• Ability to establish relationships across the organization; communicates to property management and to the equity partners to facilitate expectation clarity and portfolio optimization.
• Constantly communicates and strategizes with property management group to proactively manage the revenue, expenses and resulting Net Operating Income (NOI) across assigned portfolio.
• Lead and manage the Asset Management team

Qualifications

• 8+ years of asset management experience with multifamily and/or industrial properties
• Exceptional interpersonal skills including the ability to develop strong relationships with colleagues, third party management and equity partners.
• Proven track record as a successful leader/manager.
• Skilled with spreadsheets and other business software such as Microsoft Excel & Word.
• Work effectively independently and as a member of various teams.
