Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Landscape Architect or Architectural Designer. This job involves jumping right into creating and working on construction documents and assisting with conceptual design, while collaborating closely with other architects, the infrastructure group, and project managers. The role requires a creative individual who can bridge gaps across different market sectors and enhance building aesthetics with landscape, hardscape, lighting, and plantings. The candidate will engage in early-stage urban planning for large development master plans and work on various projects like streetscapes, community centers, and parks. Networking and client relations are crucial, as the candidate will utilize connections to bring in new projects and build strong relations internally. The ideal candidate should be a registered architect or have 10+ years of experience, with a background in planning being a plus. They should have a dynamic personality, strong networking skills, and be ready to take on new challenges. The role offers great projects and room for growth, with more work than the firm can currently handle, indicating a strong pipeline of incoming projects.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Landscape Architecture, with 12+ years of experience being ideal

- Experience detailing construction documents

- A portfolio with renderings that utilized one or more of the following software's: Enscape, Lumion, D5, Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino

- Revit Experience - Strong ability to handle presentations and client interactions
