RCA Specialist - Banking

We are seeking an experienced RCA Specialist to join our team and assist in implementing an effective risk management framework within our banking operations. This role involves monitoring systems, databases, and processes to identify potential risks, escalate issues, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations. You’ll provide data analysis and reporting support, work on various projects, and offer guidance to different business lines to strengthen risk management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in risk management framework implementation and monitor key systems and processes
• Identify and escalate issues requiring attention
• Support compliance with policies, laws, and regulations
• Compile and analyze data to generate reports
• Collaborate with internal teams on Risk/Audit/Compliance initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (related field)
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within banking
• Strong attention to detail, proficiency in Excel, and quick learning abilities
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills

Preferred:

• Knowledge of banking operations, financial services, and regulatory trends
