RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supports the technical maintenance of the Pharmacovigilance (PV) database.
- Perform Pharmacovigilance database data retrieval activities.
- Executes weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports from the PV database.
- Perform all required Quality Control (QC) and complete documentation.
- Verification of Ethics Committee and Health Authority Periodic outputs.
- Maintains and distributes the Study Configuration Spreadsheet.
- Track the development, testing, implementation and closure of all Argus Safety System requests.
- Maintenance and delivery of systems supporting the PV business unit, with specific focus on Argus Safety Systems.
- Monitors PV System vendor activities and ensuring contractual compliance.
- Oversees documentation of system configuration and all subsequent changes.
- Validates and implements annual and periodic reports in Argus Safety.
EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 4 years experience in Pharmacovigilance Systems.
- Minimum of 2 years experience with data retrieval from Argus Safety database.
- Proficient Computer Skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance function.
Pay Rate Range: $48-53/hour. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
