Title: Staff Attorney

Location: San Jose, CA

Type: Perm Role

Pay Range: 100k-150K – Annually

The Staff Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research and drafting motions, as well as attending immigration hearings and immigration office interviews.

Qualifications:

• Legal Advice, Research, and Negotiation skills
• Spanish Fluency
• Experience in immigration law and labor and employment law
• Strong understanding of legal procedures and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Membership in the state bar
• Two years of experience practicing immigration law preferred but not required

Pay Range: 100K -150K Annually

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
