Our client, a famous body care/ fragrance brand is seeking a Junior Sourcing Analyst to join their team on a contract basis in Ohio.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze vendor quotes for new business
• Track raw material adjustments and executing system updates
• Support invoice discrepancy resolution
• Assist with development of target costs for new products
• Enter Purchase Orders
• Validate final cost to target cost
• Maintain & extract data in business systems
• Analyzing cost increase requests
• Complete RFQ Database reporting
• Create & maintain documents supporting business related needs
• Assist with new vendor set-up & onboarding as well as updates
• Participate in tactical vendor relationship & discussions
• Develop understanding of vendors, vendor capabilities & cross functional team
• Track vendor performance and scorecard results, execute follow-up actions as a result when required

Requirements/ Qualifications:

• Must have 1-2+ years experience
• Must have prior experience with sourcing / vendor cost negotiation
• Excel
• Bachelor's Degree in related area
• Organized and attentive to detail
• Able to manage multiple tasks at once
