Job Description

A facility management client of Insight Global is looking for an IT Asset Management Analyst to manage the laptop/desktop inventory and will be responsible for managing the Lifecyle of IT assets, such as hardware, software, license and related resources. This role will also be responsible for tracking and managing IT assets from procurement to disposal, compliance and audits, inventory and reporting of IT assets, and procurement and vendor management to track new asset purchases. This role sits in Houston, Texas and requires 3 days onsite hybrid schedule (Tue-Thurs).

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in asset management or similar role
• 2-3 years of experience with ServiceNow, including updating assets and handling special ticket requests
• Experience coordinating asset deployments and maintaining inventory for end user devices including laptops, desktops, printers, fax machines, etc.
• Procurement experience
• Proficient experience in Excel, utilizing VLOOKUPs and pivot tables

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Tableau and Power Bi for financial reporting
