Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Account Management Leader to oversee a team responsible for managing key client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who can build strong client partnerships while optimizing internal processes to enhance service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the account management team , setting clear goals, performance metrics, and professional development plans.
- Develop and implement customer engagement strategies to drive retention, satisfaction, and long-term business growth.
- Act as the primary escalation point for key clients, ensuring their needs are met with proactive solutions.
- Work closely with sales, operations, and logistics teams to deliver seamless, high-quality service to customers.
- Analyze client performance, market trends, and internal data to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and process improvement .
- Establish and refine reporting systems to track team performance, customer feedback, and key account metrics.
- Lead customer onboarding and service initiatives , ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Advocate for the use of technology and data-driven solutions to enhance account management operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (MBA preferred ).
- 8+ years of experience in account management, client relations, or customer success, ideally within logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain industries .
- Proven leadership experience , with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong relationship management skills , with a track record of handling key accounts and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities , with experience using CRM and analytics tools.
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain operations , with the ability to align customer needs with business capabilities.
- Fluency in English required; Mandarin is a plus .
