Position Overview:
As a Senior Graphic Designer at PRG, you will play a key role in developing and executing design concepts across a variety of mediums. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing, product development, and e-commerce teams to create compelling visuals that resonate with our target audience. This is a hands-on role that requires both creative vision and technical expertise to ensure the delivery of outstanding designs that reflect the brand’s aesthetic and values.
Key Responsibilities:
· Creative Concept Development: Lead the design process from concept to completion, including branding, packaging, digital assets, marketing materials, and more. Ensure all designs align with the brand’s vision and target market.
· Brand Identity Management: Maintain and evolve the visual identity of the brand, ensuring consistency across all platforms, products, and touchpoints. Create style guides and design systems that facilitate a cohesive brand experience.
· Product Design: Collaborate with product development teams to design innovative accessories, packaging and promotional materials that enhance the overall customer experience .
· Art Direction & Mentorship: Provide art direction and mentorship to junior designers, ensuring high-quality work and continuous professional development within the design team.
· Stay Current: Keep up with industry trends, design tools, and new technologies to continually push the creative boundaries for golf accessories.
Qualifications:
· Experience : 5+ years of graphic design experience, with at least 2+ years in a senior or lead role. Experience in the golf, sports, or consumer goods industry is a plus.
· Skills : Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); proficient in Sketch, Figma, or other design tools is a plus; strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and design principles; familiarity with motion graphics and video editing software is a bonus.
· Communication : Effective verbal communication and presentation skills; ability to interact professionally with team members and other departments.
