The ideal candidate will bring expertise in managing grants, ensuring compliance with regulations, and overseeing funding processes to support impactful programs.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full lifecycle of grants, including applications, awards, monitoring, and closeout.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as organizational policies.
- Collaborate with program teams to draft and submit grant proposals, budgets, and reports.
- Monitor grant performance and financial expenditures to ensure proper utilization of funds.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of grant activities and funding sources.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the organization and funding agencies.
- Provide technical assistance and training to staff on grants-related processes and compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Public Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in grants management or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of grant regulations, including OMB Uniform Guidance and other applicable laws.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and grants management software.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in nonprofit or government sectors is a plus.
