A construction boutique firm seeking a construction or commercial litigation attorney with 2-5 years of litigation experience.

Excellent writing skills are a must, as are well-developed skills for performing legal research, analyzing complex legal issues, preparing legal memoranda, and assisting with the drafting of pleadings, briefs, affidavits, and other legal filings, as well as discovery demands.

The candidate will be expected to maintain client relationships and must have strong communication and interpersonal skills— prior appearances at court conferences and hearings are a plus.
