Who is the right candidate for our client in the Bay Area?

• General contract negotiation experience
• Majority of experience in a law firm setting. (Bonus points if you also have in-house counsel experience)
• Ability to work with contracts on the supply chain side (our client’s suppliers) as well as on the commercial side for the products they sell (both hardware and software)
• Experience with Intellectual Property is a plus!
