Adams & Martin Group is seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Litigation Associate with 3 plus years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of civil litigation matters from inception through to resolution. This role involves extensive client interaction, legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court proceedings. The candidate should demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of civil procedure and litigation strategy.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct initial case assessments and investigate claims.
  2. Manage discovery and document production processes.
  3. Prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  4. Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court hearings.
  5. Conduct legal research and stay updated on developments in case law.
  6. Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.
