Position Overview:

Maxxsonics is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Inventory Analyst to join our team. In this critical role, you will oversee and maintain accurate inventory records, manage stock levels, and ensure efficient inventory processes. You will collaborate with multiple departments to streamline operations and contribute to the overall success of the supply chain. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory records by conducting regular audits and cycle counts.

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with purchasing to prevent shortages or overstock situations.

• Update and maintain accurate inventory data in the company's inventory management system.

• Analyze and report on inventory trends, movements, and forecasts.

• Prepare and process inventory-related reports, including stock levels, discrepancies, and turnover rates.

• Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and purchasing teams to address inventory-related issues.

• Create SKUs and maintain master data (p/n, cost, price, size, weight, HTS code, etc.) and BOMs in ERP.

• Monitor inbound shipments, update expected arrival dates, resolve discrepancies, and report variances.

• Communicate with suppliers regarding stock availability and expected delivery timelines.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies in inventory handling.

• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to analyze data and generate accurate inventory reports.

• Problem-solving skills to identify and address inventory discrepancies.

• Physical ability to lift and move items as needed for inventory management.

• Knowledge of supply chain principles and best practices is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or certification in inventory management is a plus.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory control or a related field.

• Familiarity with ERP systems and warehouse operations preferred.

• Ability to be on-site daily – not a remote position.
