A well-known Investment Firm is seeking a highly motivated Operations Analyst to join their SMA Shareholder Services team on a Temp-Hire capacity. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about providing exceptional client service, with a focus on the end-to-end process of client onboarding for Separately Managed Accounts (SMAs). This role is fully onsite, 5 days/week in their Chicago office.

Responsibilities:

• Process account opening documentation into the firm’s systems with a high degree of accuracy.
• Serve as the main point of contact for internal teams regarding client onboarding, answering questions about account documentation, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure all client documentation complies with regulatory standards and firm-wide anti-money laundering (AML) guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as Legal, Compliance, Sales, and Service, to streamline the onboarding process and provide an enhanced client experience.
• Communicate effectively to resolve any issues that arise during the onboarding process, ensuring that all actions taken align with company policies.
• Work with internal stakeholders to monitor and address potential obstacles in the client onboarding experience.
• Analyze and resolve complex client onboarding issues both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1+ years of experience in financial services or a client service-focused environment.
• Extremely high attention to detail.
• Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and other PC software.
