Position Description:

Rare opportunity to join Ninja Nation - Boardman, OH in a management position. Opening Spring 2025! Ninja Nation is a rapidly-growing American Ninja Warrior-style specialty fitness company and we are looking for an Arena Manager for our Boardman, Ohio facility. This is an opportunity to lead a highly successful business and a high-energy team that engages with youth and adults to provide for a fun, safe and character-building experience in a world-class ninja obstacle and free movement activity facility ranked by USA Today as the top obstacle course facility in the country.

Responsibilities Include:

• Oversee the operations of our open gym sessions, birthday party celebrations, camps, mobile events, field trips and development program offering.
• Engage with the surrounding community to drive the growth of the business by prospecting with schools, home-schooled groups, special needs programs, field trips, and other corporate groups.
• Recruit, train and lead a team of awesome, high-energy employees.
• Manage and/or perform all outreach and sales of the mobile course
• Manage and/or perform communications, contracts, receipts, scheduling
• All the aspects of keeping a facility clean, maintained, and fresh experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
