Job Overview
We are hiring a talented professional Service Manager to join our team as we expand into the Ft. Myers area. This position will launch a new start-up location with support from our home office in Tampa. With a few existing customers already established in the area, the new manager will focus on executing great service while sourcing new business relationships. Responsibilities for this role
· Solicit new B2B clients for swimming pool electrical installations
· Manage installations for existing and new customers
· Ensure excellent customer service to include prompt handling of any customer issues or concerns
· Identify, recruit, and develop technicians and office staff
· Provide technical and business coaching to direct reports
· Assist in creating department operating plans and execute those plans to meet sales, profitability, and operating goals
· Implement work quality and customer service standards
· Implement safety and compliance standards
· Own and manage department P&Ls and KPIs
· Lead meetings to communicate changes, share direction and results, and identify roadblocks and/or barriers
· Learn and implement Nexstar Systems
· Show technicians how to establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services
· Understand sales criteria and hold your team accountable for exceeding revenue goals
· Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure the business's overall success
· Monitor the performance of field technicians and advise them on how to improve
· Manage team schedule to meet ongoing customer demand and seasonal spikes
· Review and approve invoices, timecards, curbside feedback, and options sheets
· Serve as a technical backup for field technicians when necessary
· Bring more energy than you take, because you will set the tone every day for the entire department

Qualifications and Required Skills
· B2B sales experience is a plus
· Demonstrated recruiting and training experience
· Previous experience as a branch manager or service manager
· 3 to 5 years of P&L management experience
· 3 years of home service experience
· Previous experience at a start-up or greenfield operation is a plus
· Computer skills including email, MS word, Excel, and FSM (Field Service Management platforms)

· Salary Range for this position is $90k to $120k base plus 30% of base bonus target
