Here’s what you’ll be doing:
The Admin Coordinator supports the Plant Manager and Leadership Team by enhancing communication, engagement, and operational efficiency at the manufacturing site.
- Coordinate site events such as All Associate's Day, MVP events, site parties, and recognition programs.
- Facilitate communication initiatives to improve associate engagement at global, regional, and local levels.
- Organize site visits for associates, family members, and local officials.
- Manage donation activities and build relationships with the community.
Here’s what you’ll have:
- High school diploma with 3-5 years of experience in administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Calendar, with strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
- Experience planning events
