We are seeking a skilled Lateral Flow Research Scientist to join our R&D team! In this role, you'll be at the forefront of developing innovative point-of-care diagnostic products and designing lateral flow immunoassays. You'll work both independently and as part of cross-functional teams to guide products from concept through validation and into manufacturing. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners is key to success in this position. We are looking for a motivated scientist with exceptional problem-solving abilities who can design and execute effective experiments to overcome complex technical challenges. Independence and self-direction are essential for this role.

You are a results-driven individual with the ability to work swiftly, efficiently, and accurately in a fast-paced lab environment. You have a strong passion for bringing products to market and thrive in a collaborative, creative, and innovative atmosphere.
Experience and Education:
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biochemistry, biophysics, bioengineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in immunoassay development is required
- Strong preference for experience with lateral flow immunochromatographic assays
- Solid foundation in basic chemistry or biochemistry
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong experimental design and interpretation skills
- Expertise in laboratory techniques, including protein purification, antibody conjugation, solution preparation, ELISA, and immunoassay development
- Proficiency in basic algebraic, statistical, and mathematical methods
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with QSRs and ISO standards
