Job Title: Senior Corporate Communications Manager
Location: Cincinnati, OH (Hybrid, 2x to 3x onsite)
Duration: 06 months initial contract with possible extension

Key Responsibilities
What You’ll Own
- Site and Facilities Communications: Develop engaging strategies to connect with cleints across our global offices, including compliance-related updates.
- Affinity Networks: Implement foundational communication practices to ensure their success and growth.
What You’ll Support
- Collaborate with the Senior Corporate Communications Manager (based in London) to deliver impactful and engaging communications across Worldpay, including:
- Executive Communications: Manage and deliver communications for key initiatives like CEO Town Halls, including project management, slide updates, key messaging, and pre- and post-event communications.
- Lines of Business (LoB) and Functional Units: Support timely and relevant communications for Enterprise, SMB, Platforms, and functional areas (e.g., Finance) by creating content such as Town Halls.
- Contribute to other global communications projects that span stakeholder and company-wide audiences.
What Your Day Will Look Like
- Work closely with the Senior Communications Manager to prioritize and align efforts that best support the business.
- Project manage key initiatives, such as CEO All Hands meetings, ensuring seamless execution across the global communications calendar.
- Develop and deliver plans, ideas, and solutions to enhance employee communications.
- Maintain the Internal Communications Planner to track and coordinate timely communication delivery.
- Craft clear and engaging content to effectively deliver key messages to diverse audiences.
- Develop multimedia assets, including graphics, videos, and event materials, to support communications plans.
- Manage content approvals through global stakeholder groups.
- Provide support to senior leaders on communication and engagement needs.
