• Support data analysis and clean-up for North American Commercial Bank, US Emerging Middle Market, US Lower Middle Market, and Canadian Mid Market.
• Contribute to a data cleanup project initiated by the client merge.
• Leverage previous experience in data clean-up and migration projects.
• Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations.
• Deliver value through insights, reporting, and data visualization techniques.
• Implement analytics solutions for consistency and repeatability.
• Identify trends to transform raw data into actionable business insights.
• Independently handle non-routine situations and exercise judgment to solve problems.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of Data Analytics experience.
• Relevant post-secondary degree preferred.
• Experience with data clean-up and migration projects.
• Intermediate skills in SQL and analytical tools.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Understanding of data-driven decision-making.
• Python/SAS and Power BI are a plus.
• Previous banking experience required;
• Background in Lending or Operations is an asset.
