Job Details

Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys in managing family law cases, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and adoption matters.
Draft and prepare legal documents such as petitions, motions, affidavits, and court orders tailored to individual client needs.
Conduct client interviews and gather necessary information to support case preparation and strategy.
Manage case files, ensuring all documents are organized and deadlines are met.
Assist attorneys during court proceedings by organizing exhibits, coordinating witnesses, and providing general support..
