Insight Global is currently hiring a Claims Manager for a large client based in the Chicago, IL area. This will be a direct hire role and will be considered hybrid so need candidates who are local to the area or willing to travel in once per week. The Claims Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the Claims Management Team. The Claims Manager helps develop long-range goals and objectives, analyzing costs, activities and operations, supporting the goals of claims department. There is 20% travel involved to client and managing sites. This person will be managing 6 Supervisors and about 50 people overall on the team.

Must Haves:

• Previous Claims management experience, specifically managing supervisors.
• Skills with public presentations, resolving issues, and meeting with clients
• Performance management, and experience handling and assign claims.
