Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Scheduler to join our team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring project timelines, budgets, and resources are effectively managed to achieve project goals. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in scheduling and project controls, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment. This role is hybrid, requiring 3 days per week in Swiftwater, PA and 2 days remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule Development & Management: Create, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Project Monitoring: Track project progress against established baselines, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
• Reporting: Prepare and distribute regular status reports, including progress, forecast, and resource utilization.
• Cost Controls: Assist in budget tracking, cost variance analysis, and forecasting to ensure financial objectives are met.
• Risk Analysis: Identify potential risks to project schedules and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and team members to ensure alignment and communication of project goals.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project changes, schedule updates, and related documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–6 years of experience in project scheduling and/or project controls.
• Proficiency with scheduling software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Experience in industries such as construction, engineering, energy, or infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMI-SP, PMP) or scheduling (e.g., PSP) is a plus.
• Working knowledge of cost control software or tools.
• MUST be local to Swiftwater, PA or willing to commute.
