Are you a seasoned project manager passionate about bringing creative visions to life? Our home interiors client is seeking a 2D Visual Design Project Manager to join its innovative Creative Services team. In this role, you’ll oversee the development of high-quality marketing materials such as brochures, sell sheets, and digital collateral, ensuring alignment with the brand’s strategies and goals. This is a six-month contract role (with potential for long-term engagement) in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your leadership and problem-solving skills will make an immediate impact.
You Will:
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within allocated budgets.
- Serve as the primary liaison between creative teams, marketing, and other stakeholders, fostering collaboration and clear communication.
- Facilitate project kickoff meetings, status updates, and reviews to align stakeholders on goals and progress.
- Oversee the creation of marketing assets such as brochures, emails, and digital collateral, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and resolving risks, issues, and roadblocks.
- Manage project documentation, including briefs, statements of work, and project reports.
- Collaborate with Resource Managers to ensure adequate staffing and efficient resource allocation.
- Provide regular updates on project status to Program Managers, Creative Leaders, and other stakeholders.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
You Have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (minimum GPA 3.0 required).
- 7+ years of professional experience as a project manager in a creative, agency, or corporate environment.
- Expertise in developing marketing and communications materials, including brochures, digital content, trade show collateral, and social media assets.
- A solid understanding of design and production processes.
- Proven ability to manage agency or vendor relationships effectively.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with experience managing multiple projects (20+ active at a time) in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience working in environments requiring occasional overtime to meet deadlines.
