About the Role:

As a Recruiting Associate, you will play a key role in connecting skilled professionals with exciting job opportunities. This position is a great opportunity for recent college graduates—no prior experience is required! We provide comprehensive training to set you up for success.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with highly skilled professionals about career opportunities across various industries, from Fortune 500 companies to local start-ups.

Share job openings and company highlights to potential candidates.

Conduct phone and video interviews with qualified applicants.

Track and manage recruiting activities and maintain candidate records.

Analyze and report on recruiting metrics.
