BGSF has teamed up with a large manufacturing organization who is in search of a Financial Analyst on a direct-hire basis. The ideal candidates will come with 1-3 years of Financial Analysis experience and have completed their Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance. Please note their office is downtown Nashville and they operate on a hybrid schedule (In office 3 days/week). We can only consider candidates who are local to the Nashville area, no out of state candidates.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current and past financial data and performance to make recommendations on profit enhancement
• Consistently analyze financial information based on both routine and ad-hoc reports
• Interpret financial data to recognize changing trends, patterns, and their meaning related to key performance indicators
• Communicate financial insights suggesting business issues to management
• Prepare financial reports on key business factors
• Work with financial modeling and forecast
• Assist with the preparation and delivery of the financial budget

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required
• 1-3 years of Financial Analysis experience required
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Must be wiling to commute to downtown Nashville
