• Contract Duration: 6-months
• Worksite Location: Eagan, MN | Hybrid
• Compensation: $22 - $28 hourly

What you'll do as the Financial Data Analyst:

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvements in the Accounts Receivable and Credit areas.
• Present findings clearly to credit leaders, senior finance teams, and external stakeholders.
• Work with stakeholders to provide data-driven recommendations for improving financial processes.
• Assist in the creation of financial reports and dashboards to aid in decision-making.
• Collaborate with teams to address any financial data issues or queries.
• Support the use of PowerBI and other tools to present and visualize financial data.

What you'll bring to the Financial Data Analyst role:

Required:

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for presenting data findings clearly to a variety of stakeholders.
• 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit, Finance, or related fields.
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field | Bachelors degree preferred

Preferred:

• Experience with PowerBI, SAP, or CRM systems.
• Strong presentation skills and experience presenting financial data to senior management.
• Proficiency with Power Pivots, Power Apps, and macros for automation and data analysis.
• Experience with process improvements in a financial setting.
