CBTS is currently seeking an Avaya Engineer for a position located in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Position Details:

• Working with Avaya CM and associated applications
• Access que, tickets for Moves, Adds, Changes
• Basic troubleshooting
• Interface with end users
• Avaya G450 Gateway knowledge, installation, support
• Cable cross-connect, cable identification
• Skill level to take on configuration and data clean-up when not working tickets
