- Seton Medical Center Harker Heights is an 83-bed acute care hospital offering services such as Cardiology, Emergency Services and a Level IV Trauma Designated ER, General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Total Joint Replacement, Gastroenterology, Diagnostic Services, and more.
Responsibilities The pharmacy technician, under the supervision of a pharmacist, will assist in the technical, and non-clinical aspects of preparing medications for dispensing and assist in pharmacy operations. Has the ability to participate as a member of a team with reliability and punctuality. Does related work, as required.
Qualifications Job Requirements :
- High School graduate or GED.
- Active Registered Pharmacy Technician in good standing with the Board of Pharmacy, if required by state of employment.
- Good organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Preferred Job Requirements:
- 1 year previous hospital pharmacy technician experience.
- National Certification (CPhT) (may be required by the state of employment).
- Current BLS.
